What is a Habit Tracker PDF?
Habit Trackers are a printable worksheet that you fill in with habits you want to implement or avoid in your life (like no caffeine, nicotine, sugar, etc.).
You then track each habit daily, weekly or monthly. It is super helpful to see how well you're doing creating new habits or cutting bad habits on an at-a-glance habit spreadsheet!
How Do I Use a Habit Tracker PDF?
